I’m just an average mom of four surviving on coffee, exercise and an occasional glass (or 2) of wine. I’m a neat freak with a messy house and sometimes my workouts consist of wrestling toddlers into their carseats, scrubbing gum out of the  carpet and being a horse for my kids to ride on.
