I am a mom of three girls
My passion for exercise started when I was only 5 years old.
I fell in love hard with Mousersize and have fond memories of waking my mom up at 5am so we could get our morning workout in.
No matter how tired she was, she never told me “no”.
I believe that teaching our children to live healthy, strong, confident and success lives starts with our ACTIONS, not our words.
Think of me as your biggest cheerleader, motivator and supporter because I know how hard it is to lead a healthy life when you are beyond exhausted, overwhelmed and feeling defeated.
When all motivation to reach your goals is gone, let your kids be the reason you take care of your body.
Because they way you treat your body now is how they will threat theirs later!
