Don’t let inexperience or lack of knowledge prevent you from reaching your goals

Beginning a new workout routine without knowing what to do or where to start can be very intimidating. So much so that many people will avoid the process altogether leaving them frustrated in not being able to work toward their health and fitness goals.

The majority of us do not have hours and hours to workout, nor do we want to spend that much time doing so. The more exercises you can get done in the shortest amount of time will help you reach your goals much more quickly. Spending too much time trying to figure out what exercises to do only sabotages your results by spending too much time resting and not enough time moving.

You do not need a lot of fancy equipment or crazy exercises to see results.

In fact, sticking to the basics and changing the reps, weight and time of each exercise is the best way to see the results you are hoping for.

In order to see results quickly, we need to keep our bodies guessing and challenged. Once our bodies adapt to the same workouts or exercises, results begin to slow.

I see the greatest results when I change my routines and challenge myself the most.

Doing the same workout routines over and over can quickly lead to boredom and decrease motivation. Maintaining variety and finding new physical challenges fights boredom and expedites results.

So, give this little resource a try for a few weeks. There are many ways to structure workout routines to keep you engaged, fight workout boredom and see results.
